Never authorized 93 dollars to be taken out of my account. I paid 42 dollars on a special deal for your stuff and that was it.

I purchased a beard kit from you about a month ago. I did not request a second kit, but a transaction for $92.22 was just taken from my account by Beard Club.

I do not want to be subscribed to anything recurring with Beard Club. I also would like to at least know if I should be expecting another kit to come to me in the mail (since a second kit was charged).

I got charged for no reason. Can I get my money back? If I need more product, I'll order it, but I didn't order any, and I got charged!

I'm texting because I got a charge of 64.13 today. I want to know the reason why. Is there a way you can refund me the money back?

My current issue has been resolved. The Company owned its mistake and issued me a refund with no hassle .

They do not have a contact phone number which was frustrating, however they responded in a very timely manner through email. I am very satisfied.

I sent an e-mail over two weeks ago, and you still charged me money—$61.00, to be exact. And like you said, it was about 3 weeks ago.

I see a charge on my account that I didn't authorize. I made one order with y'all. This second order is fraud.

Back in July 2 I order your product. Cost $74.00.

Now Aug 2 was charged $92.00. I did.

I would like my trimmer fixed or replaced. Its this model.

The head of the trimmer does not work any longer. It makes a very bad vibrating noise and does not cut the hair any longer.

I went to return it to target but they are not in stock. Im trying to contact Joel, but Joel do not have a one 800 number so Im not sure what to do after I leave this message.

We have tried to cancel the membership various times, but you always seemed to have charged for the last 2 months no matter what. I feel that you should cancel the membership, as well as, refund the last 2 charges because we have tried to cancel this membership 2 months ago!
